These terms apply to Commute: Trip Tracker.
Commute is a small solo-dev app. Use it as a personal trip log, not as a safety, navigation, billing, employment, or compliance tool.
Use
Use Commute for your own trips.
Please do not:
- Tamper with the app
- Try to access data that is not yours
- Use the app in illegal or unsafe ways
- Interact with the app while driving
Your Data
Your trip data stays on your device.
If iCloud is enabled, your data may sync through your private iCloud database.
I do not run a separate server that stores your commute history.
Accuracy
Commute may be wrong sometimes.
Location, distance, time, maps, place names, sync, and route comparisons can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Apple Services
Commute depends on Apple services such as iOS, Location Services, Maps, geocoding, and iCloud.
Those services are provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
Changes
Commute and these terms may change over time.
You can stop using Commute at any time by deleting trips, changing permissions, disabling iCloud sync, or deleting the app.
