Overview
Commute: Trip Tracker is an iOS app built under Mathipu.
These terms apply specifically to the Commute app and work alongside the general Mathipu Terms.
Use
Use the app as intended.
Don’t:
- try to reverse engineer it
- interfere with how it works
- use it in illegal ways
Your Data
Commute is designed to be private by default.
- Your data stays on your device
- It may sync with your Apple iCloud account if enabled
- There are no external servers storing your commute history
If you delete the app, your data is removed from the device.
You are responsible for your device and iCloud account.
No Guarantees
Commute may not always be accurate.
Trips can be missed, delayed, or recorded incorrectly.
Use it as a helpful tool, not something critical.
Liability
Mathipu isn’t responsible for:
- lost or missing trip data
- incorrect tracking
- decisions made based on the app
Third-Party Services
Commute depends on Apple’s platform (iOS and iCloud).
Those services are governed by their own terms.
Changes
The app and these terms may change over time.
Continuing to use the app means you accept those changes.
Ending Use
You can stop using Commute anytime.
Mathipu may also stop or change the app at any time.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India.
